Types of Yoga 

Yoga is known for its complete improvement of the body. Pranayama is an important and small part of yoga. Patanjali has described in his Yoga Sutras – Yama, Niyam, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Meditation, and Samadhi – are the eight parts (parts) of Yoga. Among these yoga asanas, the third and fourth part of them, Pranayama and Asana are considered a very important part.

The ancient sages also discovered that there are three in thousands of nadis which are the most powerful energy source and when adequately purified, physical, mental, and spiritual flourishes. These are named Eda, Pingala. Yogis long ago found out that breathing through the left nostril can stimulate the Eda pulse and the breath can stimulate the Pingala pulse through the right nostril. By balancing the work of both the channels, we can stimulate the main energy pulse called Sushumna.
