Horse Feed and Bedding Online Ordering Process
Discount Equestrian stocks a variety of horse feed and bedding, but we do not always have all the products listed on the website in-store. The product range listed as “In Store Now” is what is available at the Elwick store. If the product page reads “Ready to Order”, it means that the product is not in our store at the time, but once you place your order, the product is added onto the suppliers’ next available delivery, which will take about 2-3 days to be delivered and available for collection at our Elwick retail store.
Horse feed and bedding products are only available at the Elwick retail store, and you can either make your purchases from the store or online and collect from the store. Should you not find the product you are looking for listed on the website, kindly do give us a call and we will sort you out. We endeavor to keep all our products listed on delivery from the suppliers.
You can opt for the “Collect In Store” delivery option at the checkout point when making an online purchase that is free of charge, and you get notified when your order is ready for collection at the Elwick retail store.

We always notify you via phone call, text, or email when your feed and bedding order is ready for collection. We receive deliveries from suppliers on Mondays and Thursdays, then prepare your orders ready for collection, and contact you when your order is ready for collection in the soonest time possible. You are then expected to come to the store with your order name and the order number that you received on placing your order online or via phone, which is used to identify your order on collection.
The coronavirus pandemic has seen us make changes at our Elwick retail store. The imposed measures are in line with the government’s safe distance policy, which has seen us limit the number of customers that can be served at the store at a time. We display a red card at the store’s window when we have two customers inside, and everyone else is supposed to await their turn outside, in our quest to keep a 2M safe distance between our staff and customers. We are also not offering fitting services for riding boots, riding hats, and body protectors.
